Keeping hands heads and feet warm

The Brookline Lions Club will be collecting new children’s hats, mittens, scarves and socks starting on Oct. 1, 2010 and ending on Jan 15, 2011.

All the items that are collected will be given to Ann Webb and to the two elementary school nurses in town for distribution to those in need.

Collection boxes will be set up at the post office the town hall the library Caryn’s Sunoco Chrysanthi’s and The Front End Shop.

The Brookline Lions club has 26 members and membership is not limited to residents of Brookline.
