Discuss the Cable Access Policy Regarding Taped meetings and Events

Should the committee’s charter change from solely doing book to a broader town           history overseer, but main priority is the new book

Further discussion about the committee’s charter,

o       Getting 4th graders involved in Brookline history when they do state of NH history etc.,

o       working with cable committee and possibly high school to make yearly DVD’s of town tapes (relates to just discussed policy)

o       Make an official statement about the history credit going away if class times change at the high school.

Finalize Parker Book Status – do we need to print more copies or are some available not bound?  Last printer name is The Village Press, Inc. Concord, NH.    Clarence –   trying to determine current company ownership from state

 

Yellow booklets the town has in storage and what to do with 575 copies of them
